Ti-SALES has the most knowledgeable experts in the water and wastewater industry throughout all of New England and New York. They work with water utilities, contractors, consultants, and resellers to provide the highest quality products and solutions to meet their long-term needs. The goal of the site was to provide better access to their large offering of products as well as emphasize their commitment to customer service. We imported their product inventory into WordPress and created dynamic categories that connect products and related documents. There’s also an interactive timeline of the company’s history in their About section.
The Metropolis Creative team was great to work with. They took a very practical and sensible approach to the design of our new website, giving us great ideas that were appropriate for our needs. The results have been fantastic, with a new website we can be proud of. And we are now getting more traffic and more positive feedback than ever before.
Quote Request System
Metropolis was able to import all products. The client then added the categories for filtering. Individual products each have a gallery with images, downloadable documents, and a quote request link.
Interactive Learning Center
This page has category filters as well as a keyword search tool to find articles, videos, guides, and manuals related to their products and services. All resources can be pulled into other relevant areas on the site such as product and service pages.
The Results
Ti-SALES’ new website offers better organization of products along with better navigation and filtering options. And the document resource center further reinforces their commitment to customer service.
